My first introduction to coffee was through an instant mix packet coffee by the brand of Maxim.

At the time it was probably what every Korean had first thing in the morning as well as a couple times in the afternoon.

In 2018, my mom bought an espresso machine so she could have an elevated coffee experience.

From then on, making espresso became a daily ritual—whether enjoyed straight, mixed into a latte, or experimented with in different ways.
